The Beach
A wide, sandy stretch along the Atlantic with gentle surf and plenty of room to spread out. The water is warm most of the year, and the shoreline is lined with lifeguard stands and volleyball nets.
Sunrise & Sunset
Start the day with an early morning walk on the sand, then return in the evening for a waterfront sunset from the Broadwalk or nearby pier.

Skip carrying chairs and umbrellas. Guests can request an optional beach setup through our third-party beach service, paid separately and subject to availability.
Hollywood Beach Broadwalk
A Classic Promenade
The 2.5-mile Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is a paved oceanfront path lined with palm trees, cafés, and shops. It is approximately 1 mile from the house, a quick car, bike, or rideshare ride.
Biking & Walking
Rent a bike or cruiser and glide along the coast. The Broadwalk is pedestrian-friendly and one of the most relaxed ways to experience the oceanfront.

Weekends bring street performers, live music, and a laid-back South Florida energy that makes the Broadwalk feel like a beach town escape.

Parking
Street parking and metered lots are available near the Broadwalk and beach. Rideshare is often the easiest option on busy weekends.
Beach Gear
Bring your own towels, sunscreen, and reusable water bottles. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented through our optional beach setup service.
Uber / Lyft
Rideshare is widely available and reliable. Trips to the beach take just a few minutes by car.
Grocery Stores
Publix, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods are all within a short drive for easy provisioning during your stay.
Bikes & Walkability
Hollywood is flat and bike-friendly. The Broadwalk is especially nice on two wheels, and the neighborhood around the retreat is pleasant for walking.
